Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 21, 2026. These Terms govern use of wiremaven, including the website, docs, package integrations, CLI, Chrome extension, hosted relay, temporary review links, and related beta services.

wiremaven provides the beta with zero warranty. It is intended for temporary local-development reviews, not production hosting, regulated workloads, permanent public access, or sensitive data exposure.

Agreement

By accessing or using wiremaven, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you are using wiremaven on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use wiremaven.

If you have a separate written agreement with wiremaven that covers the same service, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

Beta Service

wiremaven is a beta local-development tool that creates temporary public review links for development apps running on a local machine and gives presenters live session awareness. The beta is narrow by design: short-lived sessions, explicit session controls, and review-oriented status signals.

The beta may change, break, be rate-limited, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time. Features may be added, removed, renamed, or limited without notice. The beta does not include a service-level agreement, uptime commitment, support commitment, permanent public hosting, custom domains, or production guarantees.

wiremaven is free during the beta unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Future versions may include paid plans or different usage limits.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use wiremaven for local-development review workflows you are authorized to run.
  • Share review links with people who should have temporary access to the local app.
  • Stop or refresh sessions when access should end.
  • Do not expose secrets, credentials, private keys, production customer data, regulated data, or admin surfaces through a review link.
  • Keep your local machine, development server, dependencies, and access controls secure.
  • Comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, and any policies that apply to your work.

Acceptable Use

You may not use wiremaven to harm people, systems, or networks, or to make content available when you do not have the right to do so. You may not use wiremaven for illegal activity, malware, phishing, spam, credential harvesting, harassment, infringement, abuse of reviewers, security attacks, unauthorized scanning, bypassing service limits, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the hosted service.

wiremaven may suspend or block access that appears abusive, unsafe, illegal, infringing, risky to operate, or outside the intended beta scope.

You retain your rights in the local app, data, and content you expose through a review session. You grant wiremaven the limited permission needed to process, transmit, display, and route that content to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the beta service.

Review links are public to anyone who has the URL during the active session. They are not a substitute for authentication, authorization, network segmentation, or production-grade access control. You are responsible for the consequences of sharing a link and for the content your local app returns to reviewers.

Ownership

wiremaven and its website, docs, packages, extension, service design, names, marks, and related materials are owned by wiremaven or its licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to use wiremaven branding except as needed to identify the service. Package code, examples, and documentation are also subject to any license terms that accompany the relevant repository or distribution.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, wiremaven may use them without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of your own underlying content and confidential information.

Third-Party Services

wiremaven may rely on third-party hosting, package registries, browser platforms, open-source dependencies, and development tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. wiremaven is not responsible for third-party services or for the local apps, libraries, APIs, or environments that users choose to expose during review sessions.

No Warranty

The beta comes with zero warranty. wiremaven is provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, wiremaven disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

wiremaven does not warrant that review links will always work, remain available, preserve data, prevent unauthorized access, route every request, meet your requirements, or be suitable for production, high-risk, regulated, or sensitive uses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wiremaven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, security incidents, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or costs of substitute services, even if wiremaven has been advised of the possibility of those damages.

Because wiremaven provides the beta at no cost, wiremaven's total liability for claims arising from or relating to the beta is limited to the greater of USD $0 or the minimum amount that applicable law requires. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You are responsible for your use of wiremaven. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold wiremaven harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of wiremaven, your local app or content, your review links, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

You may stop using wiremaven at any time. wiremaven may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any beta service at any time, when use appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, infringing, harmful to the service, or outside the intended beta scope. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, no warranty, limitation of liability, indemnity, and acceptable-use terms.

Changes

wiremaven may update these Terms as the beta changes. The updated page will show a new last-updated date. Continued use of wiremaven after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
